This was by no means an easy transaction as you well know: the softening market for real estate over $500k along with an empty house during a cold and snowy winter combined to make a formidable challenge.

That producer led us nowhere in three months with the listing. You did whatever it took to secure the final offer in early January and came through with heroics to make the closing happen 90 days later.

Recent Home Sale and Purchase
Dear Nancy:
